Dylan woke about midnight last night and cried non-stop until 4 this morning. This time he did not have a fever (except the one he created by crying so hard) and refused any comfort with the exception of just being held. But everytime he finally fell asleep in Mommy's arms, when he was placed back in bed, he would wake up and start all over again. Very frustrating and even more so since we don't know what it is that is bothering him.
This long weekend we are traveling to southern Washington to a beach house with some friends. We are very excited to "get away" and look forward to walks on the beach, chatting with our friends, and eating! We can't wait. Hopefully, Dylan's patch of rough nights is coming to a conclusion but if not, at least there will be good food involved.
Happy Memorial Day Everyone.

Miss E has had plenty of nights like this-maybe he is teething? I once checked her gums to find what they called a hemmoragic molar-a big blood blister on her gum where her first molar was trying to come in.
I remember nights like this, but it has been so long now (knocking on wood-well not really).
I hope you trip is wonderful!
