Today, Dylan had a doctor's appointment to take a look at his ears and his weight. The last appointment we had been to, Dylan had actually lost weight which is a big "no-no" for a kid with a heart condition. Well, at today's appointment, we found out that Dylan has gained 2 pounds!! Hooray Dylan! But that's not all, his ears look terrific too! Yep, his small ear canals seem to be growing with the rest of him which means we can take ear tube surgery off our checklist! There is still a possibility he might get them in the future but at least not too soon. This is great news and we are very excited.
Congratulations Dylan! Mommy is very proud.
