Jonah's Big Discovery!

I'm so proud of my little brother!

He discovered his voice today!














That's right, Jonah has learned that he can make noises. He officially "squawked" for Mommy and I today. Until now, his vocal repretoire had consisted of only crying...crying for food, crying for a clean diaper, and our favorite... the "I've got gas" cry. But for no apparent reason that we can come up with, Jonah spoke to us. We are still trying to decipher what he meant but we'll get that soon enough.

To inspire Jonah to vocalize more, I demonstrated my voice. I taught him "aah" and the ever popular "oooh" (which Mommy is trying to incorporate into "moo" like a cow but I haven't shared that one with her yet). We can't wait to see what Jonah has to say tomorrow! I have so many things to talk with him about!
