Want to know what the sunrise looks like at my house? Mommy knows it very well... we've been keeping her up all night or when we actually let her sleep a couple of hours, we want to make sure she doesn't miss this! Jonah and I were up at 4:30am! What's the problem, Mom? We know that we kept you up until 1am!
Here is what I look like at 4:30am! I was WIDE awake and ready to play. Mommy didn't seem to happy with this.
Jonah caught a few zzz's after keeping Daddy up all night. Daddy was trying his darndest to let Mommy get more than a couple hours of sleep last night but I had other plans. She finally relented and got up so I could play.
Surprisingly, even the dogs weren't ready to get up yet. Hmm. I've got to better train those puppies! They need to get up when I get up! Is 4:30am really that early?
Mommy let Daddy get a little shut-eye. Too bad I had other plans forMommy. Mommy can take a nap later...maybe.
Yep, you read all that right. I got up at 4:30 this morning after Jonah had kept Mommy and Daddy up all night. Daddy felt SO bad since he was trying to cover the night shift but it eventually didn't work out. He was attempting to let Mommy catch up a little on her sleep since she has been pulling all the night shifts while he worked during the week. Daddy's job can be a little dangerous so she lets him sleep during the week when he is working so he is well rested. He was doing really, really good until I decided to wake up and not go back to sleep. I just love Mommy so much that I wanted to show her yet another sunrise.
We have company coming today so no nap for Mommy....but she warns everyone...don't call, don't write, don't email, and certainly don't come over tomorrow! She isn't even going to get dressed...just stay in bed all day if she could or maybe cuddle on the couch over a movie. She also plans on a long nap tomorrow...we'll see how I feel about that. I might decide to make other plans. After all, I think sunrises and sunsets shouldn't be missed. Ever.

I am so sorry about the early morning Kristy! Yikes! I hope that tomorrow works out like you are hoping...and there is lots and lots of sleeping, cuddling and relaxing with the boys. We promise to leave you alone!!! :)
Thanks again for letting us come over yesterday...we loved seeing all of you! And we went to Target today to get a mirror! YAY!!!
Dylan, What a beautiful sunrise!! But mommy and daddy need there rest. Maybe just crawl in bed with them.
Mary, I know what you mean about the olden days. I had our son in '73 and bed rest was the thing then.
