Mommy is feeling better. Her fever broke last night but she still feels a little icky and like she snorted a whole bunch of water up her nose. Because she's not feeling 100%, we aren't going to school today which makes me a little sad. But we don't want to risk getting any of the other kiddos sick because many of them have health problems and low immune systems.
So today we are going to take it easy again. Mommy does have to run errands today like going to the grocery store and she has to get some work done. But we'll do all that this morning and then since she canceled her oboe lesson for this afternoon, we'll be taking it easy. While at the grocery store, we might get a couple of pumpkins...one for me, one for Jonah. That might be a nice treat to make everyone feel better.
But Mommy has some good news. Jonah and I let her sleep for 5 solid hours last night. Jonah slept from midnight until 5am before he wanted some food. I didn't want to go to sleep last night at my normal bedtime so when I finally did sleep, I slept from 11pm to 7am. But that meant Mommy got to sleep 5 hours straight which she really, really needed. Hopefully, we can do that again for her tonight.
We did hear from Daddy. He is working now and told us about a mural there in his workplace. This mural is pretty special because it is actually signatures and drawings from all the people who visit this base. Daddy has found where he signed it a few years ago and says he likes to look at all the drawings and notes written by other personnel that have been there.
We'll we're off. We got to get dressed so we can run our errands. Then Mommy hopes Jonah and I will take a good nap so she can get one too.

glad to read you are feeling a bit better and got some much needed rest.
Dylan thank you for being such a good boy and resting quietly with your brother Jonah so long. It really helped mommy. You are incredible.
Much love to your family

Dylan, I'm glad mommy is feeling better and nice that you and Jonah let mommy get a much needed rest. Maybe the two of you could do that again tonight. Sleep tight.
Hugs,
