School!

Today I went to school. Jonah was awake today too so he got to enjoy this special playgroup also. Today was very fun and I'm glad Jonah got to enjoy this experience. It is such a fun group of kiddos and Mommies...

As usual, we had "free play" to start the class off and it was so much fun! My good buddy Maxwell was a wild man and crawled ALL OVER the playroom. It was very exciting to see! We also played with a drum, signed a card for my teacher (and got a great picture of all my play buddies), and then we sang our songs. I got to pick a song and I chose one of my favorites. It's called "open and shut".

After songtime, we had snack. It was cinnamon rolls today...mmmm! Then we had craft time. We made a mobile with all of our kiddos handprints for a special project. Then we got to make our own! I've posted a picture below for you to see what I made.

Then we had playtime again and I loved today's sensory table. This is a table that is filled with all sorts of different things that we get to play in that introduces us to new textures. It changes every week and it can be filled with a variety of things like lentil beans, shredded paper, grass, rice....you name it. Today, it was filled with water and sponge worms. I had a great time because I love anything involving water.

After playing with the sensory table, we sang our goodbye songs and headed home. I was asleep before Mommy even got the car started! I love school!

Here is my handprint picture I made.

And here is the other side!

Last week, my buddy Max and I had a good time in the ball pool! (That's one of my girlfriends "E" in the background)

We had lots to chat about. Thanks Amy for sending us these pictures. Mommy was glad you had your phone handy to take these!

You boys are so cool in all the balls.
Dylan, mommy will have to frame your hand print and hang it up.
