So our second trip to the doctor's on Friday turned out to be for nothing. Jonah and I have yet another virus that doesn't need any intervention. Hopefully, we'll be better by tomorrow (which is pushing it). I don't want to miss ANOTHER day of school.
I also want to see my buddy, Max. He has made some HUGE strides in his development and we really want to see them in person. First, he is walking. Yes, walking. Quite a big deal. And second, Max is starting to make his first signs. He signed "more" for his Mommy. That brought a tear to Mommy's eye when she read that. She is so excited for Max and his Mommy.
Because of our colds, we have been staying home this weekend. Mommy got caught up on a couple of projects, went to church last night while we stayed with some super-great friends, and cooked some meals for a family at church who is going through a rough time. She had to get creative because they can't have sugar or dairy. Today was also cleaning day. Nothing like a clean toilet to start your week off right. But Mommy got lots done and can't wait to spend time with Daddy when he gets home. She says it's also nice to not have a pile of laundry staring at her. What a weirdo.
I really hope to get over this cold soon. Max- we really can't wait to see you and your new activities. Maybe we can climb your stairs again too! Congratulations.

Dylan, I'm so glad you and Jonah are starting to feel better. Yep, you and Max bring tears to my eyes with all that the two of you are learning to do.
Kristy, glad you are feeling better too. Sounds like you were very busy this weekend. Enjoy time with Ray.
Hugs,
