Mommy has had it. She finally took charge of the doors (or the lack thereof) and decided to hang the doors. We haven't had doors in the house since we moved in and we are now VERY familiar with eachother. The first door up was for the bathroom in Mommy and Daddy's bedroom. Then their bedroom door went up. We now have closet doors, office doors...hooray!
Since she was feeling so handy, she also put new knobs on all the kitchen cabinets and a new door knob for the kitchen pantry. She is getting more door knobs this weekend and will be replacing even more.
What else did she accomplish? Weatherstripping. We had torn weather stripping around our outside doors from the previous homeowners dog. Not anymore. Mommy took care of that too! We even have a new light fixture in the kitchen although Daddy did that one.
Lowe's is Mommys new favorite store. That's where we are headed this weekend. We have knobs to get, paint to look at, and Mommy is eyeing a new power drill. Mommy, the handywoman.

Yeah doors! You never appreciate them unless you've lived without them. I've done it, too!
