Not Feeling So Hot

Today was pajama day. After visiting the fair on friday, I woke up from my nap with a little cough. Yesterday, I hung out with Uncle Joe and Grandma while Mommy went to a training seminar for DsO. My cough hadn't gotten any worse but it was still around. But today, I woke up and it was clear that I did not feel good. My cough has become very 'junky' and I now have a runny nose and a fever to complete the 'ensemble'.

Since Mommy has been going full-charge over the last few weeks also, she decided that today was pajama day. Jonah, Mommy, and I wore sweats all day and watched videos while drinking juice. Mommy also took a nap with us and for those who don't know Mommy very well, that means she was VERY tired. Not just a little tired...we're talking exhausted. She actually hates taking naps because she is always thinking of things she wants to do so when she does take one, that is to be marked in the record books.

I was particularly cuddly and wanted Mommy to stroke my hair while we watched Baby Einstein, Veggie Tales, and my favorite, Signing Time. And that was our day. Cuddling, juice, sleep, videos, and more cuddling. Having a cold does have it's advantages.
