The Coyotes Heard Mommy

So after Mommy threatens the coyotes...online...they get the message and there hasn't been a coyote sighting since the attack on Elsa. Of course, Daddy has been home too and since Daddy has yet to experience one of these fun puppy gatherings in our yard...

But over the past few days, Mommy has heard lots of comments about the coyotes. Some were offers of condolences but most are that people are seeing a side of Mommy that no one new existed. She was talking about guns, shooting animals, etc, etc. But so far, Mommy has yet been offered the opportunity to follow through with her word. Actually, she is pretty surprised herself at how strongly she feels about these coyotes. But she also feels very threatened and worries about us kiddos in the yard until a solution is found.

So as of this moment, there have not been any shootings at the G residence. But Mommy promises to let you know when the first shot is fired. Mommy is guessing that tonight might be the night. The neighbor's turkeys got loose and Daddy reports that we had at least 10 turkeys come visit our field. Here turkey, turkey...come hang out here for a while. We'll protect ya. Okay...that was a joke but Mommy is still very upset that our puppy got attacked and that the coyotes are so comfortable around the house.

By the way, Elsa is doing very well and is walking much better. Thank you to everyone for all your support.
