Our two kitty's are so cute and adventuresome! They love to play outside now and they tend to rush in and out when people are opening the front door. That is just what happened today when Jonah opened the front door to go outside. One of our lovely kitty's ran right inside. Too bad she had a live mouse in her mouth.
Yep. That caused our dog, Elsa to chase after the kitty, who had dropped the mouse and was running after it. Jonah was so excited, he started chasing the dog, who was chasing the cat, who was chasing the mouse.
But that's not all! Soon Mommy was running after Jonah, who was running after the dog, who was running after the cat, who was chasing the mouse....you get the idea. Mommy finally grabbed the dog and cat who were promptly booted outside. She then chased that darn mouse all over the house and finally got it. It also got booted out and the cat caught it once again. Thankfully, it ran up a tree with the mouse in it's mouth. After 10 minutes of chaos, there was no more mouse in the house.
Mommy has pictures. She promises to post them later but for now, she's going to finish cleaning up the mess...from the boy chasing the dog, chasing the cat, chasing the mouse...all in the house. Phew.

oh my gosh..I laughed so hard when I read this..I had to read it to hubby..He busted up laughing his barney rubble laugh.

Hilarious... made me want to sing farmer in the dell... the mom takes a child, the child takes a dog, the dog takes a cat, the cat takes a mouse...
Glad to see it all ended well, except for the mouse. :)
