Missed a Birthday Party

We are so upset we missed our friend, C's birthday party. We had been looking forward to it but we were going to be late because Mommy had to teach. But then the first student was late, then the next student was late...and before you knew it, we missed the whole party. It ends up actually being a good thing. That's because Jonah and I got sick. We had the sniffles yesterday and this morning but then it got worse. Fevers, runny noses, and some very cranky attitudes.

Good thing spring is almost here. Almost.
