Mommy has been working very hard this week trying to get all the last minute details finished. We are now expecting over 500 people. In fact, one team has over 100 people! Mommy was so excited that she hand delivered their shirts and gave the gal who organized that a big, big hug.
Since Mommy has been pretty busy, we've been hanging with Daddy a bit. He's been helping us since Jonah and I are both sick now. We have an icky cold that makes our noses run, run, run. Mommy thinks we are having a competition to see who can have the most snot (we are boys) and another to see who can run the fastest from the kleenex. We seem to be doing a little better and have let Mommy sleep for a couple of nights. Although last night, Jonah needed some loving so Mommy is back to her usual sleep-deprived state.
But that leads us to what we are really looking forward to! Last night was Daddy's last night on the graveyard shift for a while. We'll be able to eat dinners as a family, cuddle before bedtime, and play with Daddy more. Because the graveyard shift has been very hard on us and also since Mommy has been working so hard, Daddy took a few days off. He is going to be home all weekend and for the first part of the week. He did it for Mommy which was so nice. Thank you Daddy.
So Buddy Walk Tomorrow! Football for Sunday! and Daddy! Hooray!!!! Have a great weekend everyone.
