First, she hired a sitter from Green Bay (no joke...my babysitter Calial grew up in Wisconsin). Calial is a big Packers fan too and also a sports fanatic. She is going to tape the game for Mommy on our tv and has promised to not tell her the score. Mommy is turning off her car radio and is literally holing herself up in a dressing room during intermission so she absolutely does not know the score. Uncle Joe has been teasing her and said he was going to call and text the score every five minutes but Mommy has gotten Grandpa to promise that if he even tries, he'll break his arm.
When she gets home, she's putting on her Packer gear and it's gametime! Just a little delayed. You wouldn't believe how mad Mommy was when she realized that the game was the exact same time as her concert!
The rest of the day is all about game preparations. She is making tacos this afternoon so all she has to do is heat the meat up. She is getting the snack food ready. Her tailgate prep is underway. I have a runny nose this morning so we can't go to church so Mommy is taking advantage of the extra time to even think about getting some decorations up...maybe. She's excited and can't wait for tonight! Daddy gets off work at 6pm. Then it's Mommy, Daddy, and their date in front of the TV watching football.
GO GREEN BAY PACKERS!
