Dylan has been a very, very patient boy these past few days. He has been such a trooper as we have driven over 200 miles back and forth between Seattle and Bellingham. We had to make a couple of trips down to Seattle so Mommy could go to a rehearsal (and subsequent concert the next day) as well as pick up some supplies from Children's Hospital for a fundraiser this weekend. With all the driving, Dylan has been very good and has gotten in some good nap time.
A bonus for our little Bug, is that while Mommy was performing, he got to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa. They seemed determined to have Dylan saying, "MaMa" but alas, no luck. They did however get to experience some exciting requests for milk and a very dirty diaper adventure that Grandpa did not want to be a part of (smart man).
Overall, Dylan has spent that last few days in the back seat of the car. He and Mommy have shared some very intimate conversations during this time which included lots of "aaahhh" and "dadadada" moments. What the other drivers must have thought as they passed us by. Thanks for being such a good sport Dylan.
