The Rest of our Weekend

We had a busy weekend. On Friday, we ran all over the place picking up all the door prizes for the Spring Fling. We got the Starbucks gift certificates earlier in the week but we had to get tickets to the Children's Museum, Whatcom Symphony tickets, and passes to the Aquatic Center. We also put together 30 goodie bags for all the little kiddos.

Then on Saturday, Mommy had a dress rehearsal for a concert then rushed over to set up for the Spring Fling. Since Daddy was working, we were at a sitters. So after setting up, she had to rush to pick us up. We then ran back to the Spring Fling and had a grand time. Unfortunately, Jonah and I got a little tired so we had to leave early from the Spring Fling. Mommy had tried, but couldn't find anyone to help her while she ran this event so she was watching us kids and helping with the Spring Fling. So we started to get a little cranky and Mommy had to leave. Her good friend (and one of her biggest inspirations), Sarah, helped clean up for her. Some other very nice folks also helped out and Mommy wanted to say thank you to everyone.

The on Sunday, Mommy had a concert. The house was also a mess, laundry needed to be done, and we were running out of food. So at 6am, we were off to the grocery store. 7am had us doing laundry and cleaning toilets. Then the rest of the morning was filled with mopping, vacuuming, feeding us a late breakfast, etc. Then we had a sitter come over at 1pm so Mommy could head over to her concert.

The concert was FABULOUS! It was for the Whatcom Symphony and it was a great way to end their season. After the concert, Daddy came home and we ran over to a pot-luck at a friends and then got pizza. We just made a very quick appearance at the pot-luck to say hello but it was very crowded so we didn't stay. Us kiddos wouldn't have lasted anyway. So pizza..........mmm. Mommy's favorite food.

Then we were all off to bed. Phew. What a weekend. This week, Mommy is focussing on the Children's Hospital Golf Classic. There are Press Releases to take care of, Press Packets, Corporate Packets to finish up.........but before we dive into this project, Mommy has some kiddo cuddling to do. Bye, bye. Mommy's got some serious belly kisses, tummy tickles, and holding to do.

Kristy, you sure have been busy. I think you may need a Starbuck's.
Have a great cuddle time with the boys.
