Grandma and Grandpa Ba came up from Seattle for the 4th of July. It was great. They fed Mommy and Daddy steak (we just got hot-dogs...cheapskates! Just kidding) and then when Daddy went to work, we headed over to Cousin T's house. It was a good time except Mommy forgot the camera. Trust me. It was needed!
First, all the kids were swimming. So Jonah and I joined in but we didn't have our suits so we went bottomless. Wooo HOOO was that fun! While Jonah was playing in the pool, he noticed that there were chickens in the yard. He took off after them naked. Yep. A little naked baby running around after chickens was quite the sight and everyone had a great laugh at that one!
But that's not all! We got re-dressed and then found the big trampoline they also had in the yard. Full of GIRLS! So you know Jonah and I had to take part in that! Mommy even climbed on for a while and Grandma Ba kept a close eye on Jonah who kept leaping for the edge. It was great!
The uncles were out riding their 4-wheelers so Grandpa Ba and Mommy also took a spin. They have some acreage and trails set up so it was fun to go speeding through the hay fields....really fast! Mommy was crazy! We also got to see Grandma and Grandpa Bo. Grandma Bo fed us animal cookies. This is now our most favorite treat! Yummy! But apparently that wasn't enough because Jonah snuck over when Cousin T wasn't looking and stole her cupcake! Thanks Cousin T for sharing...unintentionally.
So that was our 4th. We left when the fireworks were starting up because they frighten me a little bit. It was a good night's sleep after all that excitement. Phew.

Wow! That sounds like so much fun! I can picture it in my mind's eye.
Sounds like you guys had a great time. Kennedy is also afraid of fireworks.
